Hardware Problems with Ugreen Ethernet adapter

So I bought the damn Ugreen adapter, and it keeps disconnecting me when I try to go for a solo battle, it tells me a communication error has occurred (Error code 2618 0201) and this just doesn't happen with WiFi (but is laggy as shit).

Any advices? According to Amazon reviews the adapter works perfectly, but it has been the case with me.
