Homebrew Problems with Nintendont

I have a 1 TB drive with my gamecube games on it. I know the ISOs work because I can play them from a usb stick. The drive is formatted correctly, and I just did a fresh remod with Modmii.

Now when Nintendont tries to mount my usb device while booting a game, it says, Attempting to mount USB/SD device........ 13 Failed to mount. And wont load.

Which is weird, because I can see that it is reading the usb device, because I can read the game list.
Any ideas?

What format are you using and what clustering?
Nintendont has problems with some USB devices. SanDisk Class 10 SD cards 32GB and under are really cheap now. Also, SD loading tends to have better compatibility for homebrew than loading homebrew from USB drives.
