Problems with Emulator

Hi,

I have some problems with 2 emulator, it seems i am missing some library files or whatever ... the emulator just won't see that there are plugins.

when i try PS2X plugins many of them do not work (some do) and with PSP Player its the same ... some plugins show and some not ...
