Hello
. I recently bought a used v1 switch modded with atmosphere. Lately the battery drains from one day to the next with the console completely turned off and without the joycon on... I turn off the console from the CFW by pressing the power button for 15 seconds. Would a battery change solve the problem?

Did you enable autorcm? If you have autorcm enabled and power off in power menu from ofw, it will auto reboot to rcm and drain your battery.
Otherwise check the battery drain in hekate, if current draw's too high something's wrong on your motherboard.
Also check your battery capacity, maybe it's time to replace it

Changing the battery doesn't change anything else so it's completely safe.
Lithium batteries can go bad after a few hundred charge cycles.

I mean the current draw when idling in hekate, should be around 100-200mA, yours seems normal.

Battery capacity also seems good. Maybe you just didn’t power it off and left it in rcm mode. To be completely sure inject hekate again and power off in hekate’s power menu. Or better yet, just leave in sleep mode.

I agree with you on this, the capacity full and capacity design looks good, so something else is causing the discharge so quickly.

what is when the battery draw in hekate shows -350mA??
It might be normal, the current draw you see depends on many things, like your screen brightness, joycon charging and cpu usage. If your battery life is normal in hos, then everything's normal, don't worry too much about it.
