Hacking Problems with ace3ds card

(sorry for mistakes but i'm italian .-.)
Hi, i bought a ACE3ds Plus card, and it work perfectly.
There is a problem, when i save a game, and restart the 3ds, immediately or after some minutes, i must restart the game.
In the sd, looking at the pc there is the file.sav, but whan i start game, i can't load them.
Can someone help me? Please

I try to format the flashcard on FAT-32 but the card can't load saves again...

well, i solved it too, i google'd and dl ace3ds wood 1.58 kernel, instead of 1.61 from ace3ds site, and now it works as intended
