Hacking Problems running NDS DualSlot Browser from Slot-2

Hi

I've started using the excellent DualSlot Browser v 0.8 application on my NDS. I installed it on a MicroSD card and ran it from M3 DS Real in slot-1. I the tried using the same Micro-SD card but with the ds.gba application file with M3 Lite Professional in slot-2. When I load the application this time I get a blank screen. Any hints on what I might have missed?
