Hacking problems pulling dstwo cart out

just got it today and tried it out works fine, but when i tried pulling it out it would not come out, i finally got it out after pulling and yanking on it, still works fine, but i wish it had that lip like the iplayer does to pull it out, has anyone had this kindof problem?

It's a known problem really, reported multiple times, I will probably end up putting an improvised flap on it.
