UPDATE: I changed the Hourglass9 thingy and I booted into Luma. What options do I click??

For the SD card boot issue: Try deleting the HOME Menu extdata from the SD card. This is located in /Nintendo 3DS/[id]/extdata/00000000/00000098 (where [id] is a 32-character string). Delete the 00000098 directory. (You can back it up to your PC if you want, but it needs to be removed from the card.) Then try booting with the SD card again.

If I wanted to change my luma settings, how would I boot into it. The settings where there are options you have to check.

You're good to go then. Once you have FBI injected into H&S, you can install the full FBI CIA, then optionally restore the original H&S.
