Hacking Problems after update (cannot open Luma)

Hi, after some months my friend turned his O3DS and the first thing he did was update the console.
Now he is on 11.9.0-42U, and his LUMA, LUMA UPDATER and FBI is missing.
If I try to open Luma Updater the software crash and restart the console.
I've tried to follow the 3ds.guide and still have not conquer the problem. (
Tried follow some guides, but my comrehension skills may have corroded too.
Can you please help me?
I still can open GodMode9, but turn on with select pressed does nothing.

How is Luma3DS deleted but you can still open Godmode9?
Also, by the "ykr" file on the "luma" folder I can tell that CFW was installed with a freakin' Yakara Colombia tutorial, and was in the A9LH days.
Try updating Luma3DS first manually, with this link if you've not tried yet.

Thanks man, after updating Luma (show as 7.1) with your link it now opens with select, but I still can't use Luma Updater. Tried to follow 3ds.guide to maybe reinstall the FBI, but still nothing. Can you help me a little more and send more guidance?
EDIT: Oh, I didn't update the 3DS again after turning him on today
EDIT2: Now he is p to date (11.13.0-45U), still nothing.
Tried again to follow the 3ds guide and then the Rosalina guide. Found HBL injected on Safety & Something.
I'm still can't open Rosalina Menu, but my guess is because the Luma still on 7.1 (even using those guides).
Another guess was B9S not on 1.2, but i can't that too ( or it's updated and I don't know. The new files are there but the "open Luma pressing start when turning on" did not work.

When using the older setup of Luma3DS v7.1 and boot9strap v1.0, follow this tutorial,

• Atualizando B9S (Updating B9S)

, with the exception of replacing the sdmc:/boot.firm with SafeB9SInstaller. After updating to B9S v1.3, replace the sdmc:/boot.firm with the latest Luma3DS.
