Hacking Problem with Wiikey and Splinter Cell

I own a PAL Wii with updated Wiikey (1.9). I burned Splinter Cell (NTSC), tried to run it and it shows a blank screen after the Wii menu screen.

I tried to turn on Wiikey's region overide and still the same thing. I tried to patch the game .iso with regionfrii and still nothing.

Other Wii NTSC games are loading perfectly. Can someone help me?

not all ntsc games are compatible to play on pal wii systems.
try to get the pal version, i'm sure that will work.

according to wiki it should run but only in 50Hz mode.... is your WII (I assume it's a PAL WII) set on 50Hz?

It was running on 60Hz. When I changed it to 50, it worked like a charm. Thank you.
