Hacking Problem with wiigator3

So i installed everything on my personal wii and got burnt games working without a hassle.
Now a buddy of mine sent me over his wii to do it for him. I literally followed every step i did with mine and everything installed fine.
Only problem being, when i select "Launch Game", it claims that there's a set error and no dvd is in the drive.

Normally i'd assume it's the disc but it works perfectly fine on my wii.. Any ideas??
