Hacking Problem with USB loader GX (blank screen) on startup?

I haven't played the wii for some time now, last game I played was Donkey Kong and today I wanted get some time on Galaxy 2 and having started up USB loader GX I get a blank screen, I reset the console and started the loader again, same issue.

I recently softmodded my cousins Wii (4.3) and had the latest version of USB loader on an SD card so I went into the homebrew channel and it let me know I needed an update... So I downloaded the update, than opened WAD manager and updated USB loader GX but I got the same issue (Blank screen) upon starting the program?

Anyone know what the problem is and how I can resolve it?

The USB Loader GX code is still unstable, you should use configurable usb loader or wiiflow. Please post your syscheck, because it could be a IOS issue, a file called syscheck.csv will be created on your sd card root, post the contents here.
