problem with tinfoil

I have a problem with tinfoil.
When I want to turn on tinfoil, I have an error like in the picture. I click on clise and ask rediwload and the error pops up again.
I tried to remove tintofil and reinstall it all the time it crashes this error.
I will add that the games can be installed from a pendrive and work fine.
Please help
