Hacking Problem with Tinfoil and SysNand

I have been using tinfoil and jits on my emunand. I booted up the sysnand today which has not been touched since i created the emunand and there are blank boxes on the front page. When i check system data it only shows the original carts i own but i dont remember there being any blank boxes. Can anyone confirm there are supposed to be blank boxes and it isnt seeing my backups?

Side note if i use sx os when i boot to original nand can i remove sd card or will that cause corruptions?

Reinstall tinfoil. Usually when you create emunand, SX usually wipe your SD data
