Hacking Problem with system config tool, JPN gamepad EUR console

Hello, this is my first post

I have a problem with my wiiu.

Well, the console is europe and the gamepad is japan.

I know the only solution is to install the system config tool, and I have a problem here

I install everything with youtube video:

He uses mocha cfw + fshax version 0.2, wup installer gx2 version 1.3 rev.21 and system config tool (zip file
about 60MB)

I copy all on the SD card, run the browser, go to the wiiuexpoloit.xyz website, run the expliot, then run mocha + fshax, here is the first difference, I have the mocha logo, it is not on the film

Next I go back to the wiiuexpoloit.xyz run expliot website again, then run wup installer and here something else happens, in the movie wup installer automatically installs system config tool, when I start wup installer I have a choice of what to install, i have option to install system config tool but when i want to install it an error pops up as shown in the attached picture.


what am I doing wrong?I have the same versions of the tools used in movie, need to hold down a key while starting something? I only need the system config tool to pair the gamepad, then I want to remove it.

Finally, I want to install haxchi.

that i can install the config tool system via haxchi but how? Use wup installer?

I have the same problem here, any solution?
My wii u is Japanese é it's OK but if is possible change region on my rednand I want to try it. I use the same here but only regular mocha, if you have the solution please help me

you can change region for the gamepad or rather force it to connect with system config tool, yes. I haven't done it though, so I can't really help with issues you might have.

My gamepad also is Japanese its OK, but some USA games read a console location and turn the language of game in Japanese.
