Hacking Problem with Sub wars Homebrew Launcher (An exception occured)

Ive had this problem where I would launch sub wars to get to homebrew launcher and the screen would flash green and then go to
an exception occured
arm11 (core 0)
Exception type : data abort
fault status : Translation - section

tried searching it up but couldnt find anything that helped me. If anyone has any idea how to help it would be greatly appreciated, Thanks

Edit: it does not flash green it does the typical different colors and then goes to the exception screen

Where should i be launching hb from thats the only way i can i think

right, i have not finalized because i cannot get to hb to launch frogminer to finalize sorry forgot about that
