Hardware Problem with Sd card

I bought a unlocked 3ds xl, i don't know for sure what custom firmware is, when I boot pressing start+power open a "kali linux" , when I boot pressing select+power open "luma version 8.0". Even without the sd card I can boot normally
The problem is: I have only a few games but my sdcard is almost full(?), how can I fix that?

1- Backup your "Nintendo 3DS" folder.

2- Format your card as FAT32 with 32kb of cluster size with guiformat. Then check the SD card you're going to use for errors using H2testw.

CONTINUE ONLY IF YOUR CARD HAS BEEN CHECKED WITH H2TESTW AND DOESN'T HAVE ERRORS. This prevents data loss in the future.

3- Put the latest Luma release and boot.3dsx on the root of your SD card.

4- Create a folder called "luma" on the root of your SD card and follow this.

This is to make sure you have the latest versions of various homebrew and that you don't have trash files around. You can upgrade to a bigger card, too (repeat step 2 with it).

My Nintendo 3ds folder is where the trash archives are (27 gb). I will use that folder later?

That's where your games are. Upgrading from 32 GB to 64 or 128 is recommended.

Just delete the games in the system setting if you don't want them.

Either delete the games manually or delete the entire Nintendo 3DS folder and do the finalizing setup again.
