Problem with rp2040 modchip

I flashed the chip with fw.2.73 and when i try to boot the console on it always do those light and nothing happen. I installed stehtix hats on my sdcard.

Do you have any idea of what could be the problem ?

Sorry but I am new to this stuff do you have any video or guide to help me reseat my emmc and main connector ?

I did see info on diagnosing the LED pulses long pulse (represented by =) and short pulses (represented by *)... Just don't remember the site or the info trying to diagnose my my install. Don't forget to use a multimeter in diode mode (some say negative on GND some say positive on GND. I got correct values (in the 700's) using negative on GND.
