I ordered a vynil from that site, and when I completed the transaction with paypal, the paypal's site gave an error about the payment, so it wasn't charged on my credit card, though the site said I completed the purchase and the item will be delivered to my address. Should I worry about it? Can I get in trouble for this?

you will want to log into your paypal account and look at the transactions and see if it went through or not. If the thing you ordered is something you really really want, you will have to also contact the site by email or by phone if they have a number and talk to them about the transaction.
