Hacking Problem with PAL game on NTSC console

I have a PAL back up of Petz Sports: Dog Playground I can hear playing with a black screen using Gamma.

When I switch Gamma to force NTSC I get the: eject disc and press power, error.

Is there anything I can do to get this game working? Thanks for the help.

Use the NTSC version....
