So I was on 11.0 firmware but my little brother updated my 3DS to the 11.1 firmware. I was using OOTHAX before for homebrew access, but the 11.0 payload doesn't work on the lates firmware. So I downloaded the newest payload for the old 3DS XL, and did the whole powersaves thing to get the payload on the cartridge. However, when I try to restore the hacked payload onto the cartridge, it says "restore operation failed"? This has never happened to me before when trying to updte the payload for OOTHAX to keep working. Does anyone have a solution to the problem???
