Hacking Problem with new NNID and emunand

hello ... I bought a 3DS second hand .. did it the process rxtools .. so far so good .. but in the nnid emunand was the former owner ... One person told me to format and create a sysnand new nnid, and inject the emunand nnid this ... but I can not create a new nnid in sysnand as the 3ds seeks to update ...

I think TinyFormat suits you. You have to install it on your sysnand though.

In this case, I would format both the sysNAND and the emuNAND. If you want to plug in your own NNID afterward, do so on emuNAND.
