Hacking Problem with missing game tiles/game loading

Hi guys! I have searched through the posts and cant find a clear answer so I thought I would explain my situation and hope that somebody can help me out.
I have had zero issues up until now with the process. I have been loading games to my ext hdd smoothly and then I get the "cannot display games, no empty tiles" message. I go in, make folders for the various titles, move tiles. At this point I only have around 150 tiles full with a lot of pages with empty tiles. When I try to load more games, I still get the error message of full tiles. How do I get the system to fill the tiles with my games that are not showing or is that not possible? I have seen posts about the sorter but the instructions are confusing and I don't want to screw anything up. Plus, I am not sure if that would help my situation.
If anybody has a solution or would be willing to help a noob out, that would be great. I am still fairly new to this and would appreciate any help I can get. Thanks again guys!

System menu will only display 300 icons including system icons like disc channel, mii channel etc. Regardless of if they are placed within folders or not.

You can boot the titles that do not show icons on home menu via System config tool.

punderinos file, now Im just looking for a step by step install guide. From researching it, it makes me nervous to try to install it without instructions. Maybe Im just a sissy, but I dont want to screw anything up. Sorry for the bother and thanks again for your help so far!

Should install like any other WUP title. You will be fine using it as long as you don't change any settings (some settings can be changed & others not). But to boot those titles with no icons you don't need to change any settings.

Just make sure you select the game to load and not the dlc etc as all titles, updates, saves and dlc will be in the list. Press X to sort these categories

And I install it to the system or ext hdd?

Either should work, but try to install to the HDD first.
