Hacking Problem with M&L3 + Wood R4

After Bowser got inside Tower of Yikk and be read by the boo-ray machine, Mario and Luigi can jump on plattforms that were hidden.
Ok, after you go to the next "room" on Bowser body, using those hidden plattforms, the game just freezees.
The game was running just fine until I got that part... Did someone get this problem using Wood R4 too?

i wouldnt call that downgrading if it is used as a .nds file and as long as if fixes the issue with the game

Thanks for the tips. I tried to redownload the rom from another source. It worked: the problem with the freezee is not there anymore. However, everytime I go for a battle the game freezees there now. I will try to run it via ysmenu.
