So, I just flashed my Linksys E1200v2 into DD-WRT Firmware.
When I change my main connection to relay, it works just fine, but I wanted to add a VAP, so I don't have to keep configuring it and killing the connection of all the other devices.
firmware: "dd-wrt.v24-21676_NEWD-2_K2.6_mini-e1200v2.bin"

What I did, then, was:

Created a new VAP, wl0.1, with attwifi SSID, Unbridged, Unsecured.
IP: 192.168.21.1, Mask: 255.255.255.0, DHCP Server On.
But I cannot connect to the internet with this setup.
Do I have to upgrade the firmware? Do I have to change any settings?

Edit: I forgot to ask too. How do I setup MAC restriction, to allow only my 3ds to connect to wl0.1?? I don't want to mess with the main wl0, only the HomePass. Do I really have to use iptable?

Edit2: I get it to connect to the internet!! I've unchecked the Unbridged option and didn't assigned wl0.1 to its own bridge, nor anything. So the only problem now is the MAC restriction.

What AM I'M DOING WRONG?!!!? PLZ!!!

Does your DD-WRT have a MAC Address Clone tab under Wireless? Mine is missing that tab so I have no way to clone the MAC address.

On My router the MAC Address Clone option was under Setup tab. I didn't realize you had to enable this before the MAC cycler would work.
