Hacking Problem with ezflash v

hi my ezflash v is not working anymore. it just freezes on a black screen. it says press r to update or press a to still enter loader. when i press nothing happens. i have got the ez5sys file in the sd and moonshell files but still no luck..i have uploaded a video on youtube showing the problem...thanks in advance!
