Hacking Problem with DSiWarehax

I've reached the part where I need to system transfer to proceed, but when I start preparing for the transfer, I don't get the prompts asking me if I want to delete the source' data and if I want to move my DSiWare apps to the target 3DS. I never pressed the blue transfer button just to make sure I don't mess up the process.
If anyone has any clues to what I should do, I would be in your favor because I'm stuck.

Yes. Just go ahead with the instructions the console gives you.
And don't worry too much because even if something goes wrong you can restore nand backup and try again.
