The console is receiving unsigned software (possibly as a result of a flashcard kernel applying patches to the sending title), so install Flashme on the receiving console (if it's an original DS/Lite, of course), use a patched download play client (does one even exist?) if it's a 2/3/DS/i, or solve the cause :)
