Hacking Problem with CHMM on New 3DS

I just bough a New 3DS (U) XL console and successfully installed A9LH on it. I copied CHMM from the SD card of my Old 3DS XL (u) to the microSD of my New 3DS XL. I also copied the "Themes" folder onto my microSD from my Old 3DS as well. But, whenever I try to install a theme, it pops up with a black screen saying:

Error: [string "?"]:599 cannot access exdata archive

Any suggestions on how to fix this?

I have a similar issue, exept when i launch it its just a black screen, altough it worked before

I fixed the problem. It was that my 3DS was brand new and I didn't create the theme management info yet. When I did that, it worked perfectly.
