Hacking Problem with cheats acecard 2i

Hello everyone !
I have a problem with the cheats for acecard 2i.
When I try to get to the cheat menu it freezes the whole thing.
When it does start up it gets all weird letters instead of normal ones.
Or it says that the cheat file can't be found.
What should I do ???
I got the ace card new today so I don't know much about it but I really hate this problem

are you using AKAIO of the crappy official firmware? If you just got the card I assume you got the offical. try AKAIO (theres a wiki for it stickied) and it may help.
