Hacking problem loading games on R4i SDHC

every time I try to load these 2 games I keep getting a message that says:
disk errcode=-82
please reset system

what do I do

I'll give some other info, if it helps

I have 2 SD 2GB micro cards that I switch out when I wanna play a game on my other card, I have over 50MB free on the card that has these games on it, I have the latest R4i firmware

PLEASE HELP

Format your MicroSD and copy fresh firmware over.

Be sure to back everything up first.

Next time, get yourself the Panasonic SD Formatter: I use that every time, and it always does the trick, no mattered how battered seems to be the filesystem before.
