Problem in nsp games at airplane mode

Hello everyone
I have a problem with this messages when i play on nsp games in airplane mode. I got AMS 1.5.5 and FW 16.1.0. First i have message about controllers and then i have message about turning off airplane mode. It's annoying because there is message, short chance to play and another message. I playing Mortal Kombat 1 updated to 1.0.3 version actually but i have this message in another games too. Thanks for reply.

Block Nintendo server communication instead of being on airplane mode, you can use like exosphere to blank out your serial number while in CFW.
