Misc Problem buying from eShop

I wanted to test how Hyrule Warriors Legends on 3DS is like (I played the shit out of the Wii U version) so I installed the CIA of it. I'm happy with the result so now I want to buy it from the eShop. Only problem is, even after uninstalling the game from my 3DS it still won't let me buy it from eShop, it still only gives me the option to redownload (which obviously will fail since I haven't bought it yet). How can I fix that?

I think you have to play with your ticket.db.... Or just format using tinyformat...
Or restore an emunand before the installation of Hyrule Warriors Legends.

From what you say "playing with my ticket.db" seems like the least of all evil, I don't want to format my emuNAND and have to do all these things again. How would I do the ticket.db thing?

You haven't a backup of your emunand? OK, so:
1-Just buy the cartridge version...

I do have a backup of my emuNAND but only from when it was freshly setup, not with several games, tools and savegames installed.

Sorry, but i never played with ticket.db. Just buy the cartridge version;
digital games = sh**! and it costs more on the eShop!!!!!
