Gaming pro controller games

I got a controller with two analog sticks that do not work with absolutely no game i have. I think it is only compatible with wii u...

is there any game for wii that i can play with it?

Looking for games that i can just couch potato over a level, ideally using the thumb sticks.

I tried all fighting games i have. all of them use the dpad only.

geometry wars which would have been a dream don't even work because it wants a external controller attachment.

Would it work with any wii game at all? is there a list?

that's a wii u pro controller it's not compatible with wii besides in some homebrew.

Thanks. last i turned on my wii the homebrew scene was quite dead. but that was before dolphin even run...

i will see myself out of this subforum and will lurk a little on the homebrew section. thanks!
