Connected via USB, my controller exists in the list of connected hardware as the "Pro Controller". Problem could end here, but the controller itself is not booting as a connected one. Lights are still flashing like it's not connected at all.
What can I do?

model of your controller, type of switch, is hacked? please provide more information

meanwhile you can try to reset pairing database:
On switch with the joycons attached, "System Settings" -> Controllers and sensors -> Disconnect controllers (last of list) keep X button pressed when asked.

then on pro controller press sync to turn off, press "A" button and connect to Switch using the cable, wait until paired again.

Switch is hacked, but procon doesn't work on PC, not Switch, I apologize.
It kinda connects and detects everything, but still I've got a non-working controller that BetterJoy can't even detect, and that's a problem.
Tried those sync button things but yeah, no success.

Which model of Pro controller do you have? if you connect to a PC using USB cable what happen?
I have a classic one without any prints n stuff. When I connect controller to PC it appears to be in my devices list and the controller itself just looks like it's not connected to anything. It flashes green lights when the button is pressed, and holding sync does exactly the same thing without any changes except the longer light blinking.
And it's charging, yeah. I'm using the original nintendo cable btw that came with procon.
