Hardware Pro Controller analog stick issue

Lately my Pro controller has been doing some odd behavior where both my PC and Switch think it's pressing down when I'm not touching it. Doesn't happen all of the time.
It's over a year old.

Is there a DIY trick I can try?

There is a Calibrate Control Sticks feature in the System Settings. Maybe give that a try and see if it helps.
