Hi there.
Is there a chance to prevent (or escape) the message "to shutdown" the system after ejecting a microSD?
Currently I am backing up my Game Cards and XCIDumper always creates a game.xci file so I always have to eject the sd card after one game dump to copy to pc.
Then I have to initiate the RCM again and restart XCIDumper.
I was hoping for a faster way...

Do this instead:

Reboot into RCM
Inject memloader payload (look it up)
Connect your Switch to your PC with the cable and copy

Not what you asked, but someone made a new version xci dumper that adds a timestamp to the filename so you can dump more than one in a row. Check the backup loaders section, not sure but I think it's the open source dumper thread.

Can you eject the SD while the system is in sleep mode while cfw is active? Or is it the same as ejecting while it's fully powered on?

When you eject the sd while in sleep mode, you'll be presented with the warning & power down icon. (just tested on my 5.1.0)
