So, I made it public on this board a little while ago I'm transgender.

I recently started hormone therapy, which will really make me 'look' the way I want to.

That is all.

And grats on the next steps, Shake. I hate to ask for fear of offending you, but I know you've called yourself a lesbian before. Are you interested in guys or gals?

Yes, this /is/ penguindefender. I had my screen name changed.

And, as for me liking boys, girls, or both... I would say I'm technically bisexual. I find guys attractive and everything, but I don't think I'd want to be with one.

Also, don't worry about offending me. Any questions you want to ask are fine.

EDIT: Missed a question.

I won't be posting any pictures until I get my hair back to a respectable length. It's pretty close now, but not close enough.

WHEN DID YOU OPEN THOSE BBCODE TAGS?!

Have all your posts on this forum been a Tropic Thunder joke?!

Let us know how you adjust and everything. Not something I'd want to do, but I always find it pretty interesting to hear about how peoples' lives are going when things change.
Weird, I know.

I know someone who's transitioning the other way - subtracting boobs and long hair.
Assure your friend that subtracting long hair is no longer the risky surgical procedure it once was. I myself had my long hair subtracted a couple of years ago in my own home with absolutely no adverse side affects.

Are you supporting the hormones correctly?
Are they working fine, you have a more feminine face?
And are they working at predicted speed, or does it seem too slow to make effect?

For users still wondering, it was a boy to girl surgery.
She is now taking hormones to "feed and forge" the face with a girl's form.

The skull only doesn't change from man or woman, it's all hormones/grease/flesh repartition that make a face look more feminine or masculine.
But I think some persons are breaking their cheekbone to looks more like they want, or if the hormones doesn't work.

Yes I'm doing everything correctly.

Though, I'm only a couple weeks in, so I haven't noticed any real changes just yet. It'll take at least a month for me to look any different at all.
