Nevermind the previous question, I'm going to work on this from a different angle: what are some popular examples of an nds rom that cannot be extracted then rebuilt and still function? Or should these basic steps always produce a functional rom?
My basis is this: working with PSP isos, they sometimes have an index called the LBA which dictates that a file will be found in a specific location, and if this changes then the iso is corrupt. Rock Band Unplugged is one example. I'm just not certain if DS has something similar.
