Hardware presoldered wii mod chips?

I saw some type of clip where the chip was soldered to it then you just snap it onto the wii chip

however you still need to solder a mod chip to buy and buy one
the clip is just a add-on to protect the wii


so my question is are there any places that sell these chips that are pre-soldered already?
that come with the clip and mod-chip already soldered together I mean?
