First thing to do is check if a security chip is present and find a way to work around that. It could mean rewriting lots of things just to have the system running without it being present. And then Nintendo will most likely notice.

Press and HOLD menu button and press Power On you Nintendo Switch until led light blinks release HOME MENU and you are on Recovery Menu of Nintendo Switch.

Please be sure to get a USB-C cable for connecting the Switch to your PC.
It is required in order to flash the CFW inside the Recovery Menu.

I think I'll just use my usual strategy. Gudge as you wish:
Use and update the console normally until an exploit comes out,
start blocking updates,
If it's for your version, use it,
If it's not wait until it comes out for your version, or a downgrade comes out.
