Hacking PRELOADER V.26

hey,
with silversurfers hack.ini i can not activate the 3 or 4 hacks, before the option save settings,
its there a bug on the scrollfunction into the 0.26??

Hooks wont work, as the menu has been moved.

Thanks Hani any news on why the games wont load from the front end but still have to run Gamma?

I'm having the same problem.

To get round it you can disable "force disc region" and set the video mode to pal/ntsc (which ever is needed) with arc.

I only get the problem wih some games though. Others load up fine.

I don't understand the need for gamma or any other launcher, if you have preloader w RiiskiMod.
That's if you have it?
All my games work straight from the Disc Channel even Sam & Max.

Edit: I said that earlier in the tread disable "force disc region" .

What games work with Gamma that don't work with RiiskiMod.
I have 52 NTSC-U/21PAL/NTSC-J All work just like in gamma. The ones with audio/video lag same . That I believe is from the DVD 3x speed.

yes looks like it.
If you delete all hacks from other regions, it works.
I guess that the file is simply too long.

PS: any reason why the 0.26 hacks.ini is soo much shorter than the 0.25?
(eg. no BGM and nocopy removed by default)

what do these hacks do exactly:
* remove diagnostic disc check
* force disk region
* skip disc update (does this work reliably?)
* remove nocopy protection (do these hacks work ... I dont have a copy protected save game)

As far as I know, no BGM and nocopy weren't in the 0.25 hacks.ini
At least nocopy wasn't.

the new version of preloader doesn't work with my custom boot logo.
After installing it gives system files corrupt error....
But I still can boot to HBC.

I already contacted crediar about it.
If anybody get's him to speak, plz tell him, that issue and ask for a solution.
Preloader 0.25 worked great with custom bootlogo.

I can get spider man 3 working with the new preloader if I disable the force disc region which is strange as I have a pal wii and a legit pal game
Cooking Mama world kitchen will not play with the force disc region enabled or disabled. so I have to leave the force region hack disabled and change video mode to ntsc with arc

I definitely seem to be having a problem with the force disc region hack. So I am having to change the video mode for the ntsc games (the ones that don't have pal in them as well as ntsc)

I'm using silversurf Hack .ini I add the "Force Disc Region" hack that I found on this tread.
Install hack file and enable all the hacks, Pal games showed up in B&W some flipping. Went back into preloader systemenu hacks disable "Force Disc Region" game now shows in beautiful color.

press y on gc pad for autoboot prior to installing preloader or is it best to remove

i just tried dragon ball z bt3 and i did not work. the screen stays black and controller turns off. but it shows in the disk channel and it plays in gamma.

And these reasons my good gentlemen is why im sticking with .25 for now.

Ima wait until everything is officially safe.
