Hacking PreLoader: disc spins when Wii is off.

i thought this bug was fixed in PreLoader0.29
is there any way to keep Wii standby on (orange light) and not have the disc spin when the Wii is off?
i have not figured out a way to do this. i am using an NTSC hacks.ini

I don't use preloader so this is just a shot in the dark.

that works of course and so does turning off the standby connection but that isn't how the Wii is supposed to work.
