Hacking Preloader 0.30 problem

Updated to 4.2e one month ago with waninkokos upgrader, at that point preloader 0.29 didnt work anymore that is i got the preloader screen but none of the hacks worked, for example the health screen keeps coming back. yesterdaty i tried to put the preloader 0.30 from phpgeek on my wii, it succesfully installed and i got the nice white preloader menu, but my system menu wont boot anymore even if i set both loader to system menu. I have bootmii installed so i can experiment a bit, but so far no luck.. can anyone help.

Run this mod of the dop-IOS mod and use it to properly patch your IOS 70

then immediately reinstall preloader (without leaving HBC after patching IOS 70)

make sure you are using the correct hacks.ini file for your system menu and region. type hacks.ini into the search bar at wiibrew.org for more details.
