hello people , i did update from 3.2 with wanins upgrader then i applied the 60/61 standalone patch then i installed preloader 0.29 ... works like a charm!

if i put this on my 3.2 wii will it have the feachers of a 4.0 wii that is if i have the right hack ini file

1) is the hacks.ini included in the download really for PAL?
i just installed it on my NTSC Wii. am i in trouble?

2) the only hack i see in the menu is Block Disc Update.

3) i also have the spinning disc issue that Brian has but i had a backup of MadWorld in that
kept spinning when the Wii was off. that was the only game i tested.

I turned autoboot off and it still doesnt work

You want autoboot ON.
Auto boot the system menu!

I did that and it still sends me to preloader this doesnt make sense!

Is there a hack for the .ini that allows for Disc Channel backup loading yet? Or do we have to wait for updated ciosCORP? Not that it really matters, now that USB loader is out.

Wait for cIOScorp? It's been working for several days as it is.[*]Install cIOScorp (the old stuff)[*]Install cIOS60bf[*]Patch your system menu to block updates.

I did that and my DVD5 SSBB backup still doesn't get read by the disc channel...............I also installed cIOSCORP. It worked for me on 3.2U with preloader though........

It's an april fools joke from the preloader. change the day on your console and you'll find what i say to be true.

a friend is still on 3.2 and would like to know of he can install Preloader 0.29? in the readme it mentions that it can now patch ios60 if it is found but will it still also patch any older ios that your system menu is using?

-fixed a bug which let the disc endlessly spin when wc24 was enabled and the wii got turned off

This once happened to me 3 days ago and scared the hell out of me. Awesome fix if I do say so myself.

i got a question about preloader look ive managed to get cioscorp from the softmii package to work + cios 60BF to work using preloader changed systemmenu ios to 36 in the settings now if i switch it back to ios 60 i get system files corrupted go back to 36 everything works even installing wads & moving to the sd & they launch should i try to fix this & if so how without losing cioscorp i like loading my backups via disc channel ?
