Gaming Preloaded FE Echoes doesn't run even though it has been released?

Hi, i recently preloaded FE Echoes and right now it says "Distribution Notification : The launch date for this game has passed. Run the game while connected to the internet to check distribution confirmation"
But, when i launch this game it says that i should wait until distribution has begun and that i can see the e-Manual for the game.

I think you may have to wait for everyone else to be on the same date. There are still many places that are still in the past. lol
