Homebrew Pre Purchase region question

I noticed that New Super Mario Bros U Deluxe is already released in other places. I have pre purchased it on my US account. Is there a way to use the game after it has already been released in another region? I'm sorry, this is probably a stupid question.

Not without download the game of off some site that provides downloads to pirated Nintendo Switch games. So, unless you don’t care about being banned and aren’t afraid of hacking your console, no.
