If you are using title redirection to launch PPSSPP (hold L while starting a game to get homebrew menu), you have to overclock the app that you are title redirectin'.

Anyone could manage to play Tony Hawk games ? i tried Tony Hawk Underground 2 Remix and the game crashes when starting any level

I manage to get the games working

Tony Hawk Project 8 - Use the PPSSPP GLES2
Tony Hawk Underground Remix 2 - You need to change interpreter during stage switch, like this video :

Where do I download the latest version?

I get really confused on github. I think I'm downloading it but it ends up being the source lol. The page I was on said last updated July 2019 too.

Is the one in the first post the newest version?

I didn't even know this thread existed until someone replied just now.

I like having many different emulators on the Switch or any console because they are practical learning tools for the hardware.

Technically earlier

I use PPSSPP on my Switch to play Persona 3 and many other games, I find that in Metal Gear Solid: Portable Ops, a good way to control the camera is remapping the D-Pad to the left analog stick, as for some reason, the D-Pad does camera control in third person, but movement in the first person aiming mode.

you probably miss assets for RA?

That'd do it - I had the assets in the wrong location, since the libretro docs say "retroarch/system/PPSSPP" - it took a while to find out that they were supposed to be in "retroarch/cores/system/PPSSPP" - now that your retroarch ppsspp thread says to download from the retroarch core updater instead of your release with bundled assets it might be a good idea to update that post to make a note of it.

I'd much prefer to play on the standalone version, but at least I can play in some form now.

I have been trying to get PPSSPP to work for days
I had FW9.2.0 and Atmosphere 0.11, moved to FW10.0.2 and Atmosphere 0.12 (regular FAT, not ExFat) also tried SXOS 2.9.5
grabbed the latest build of PPSSPP for switch above from 2 days ago, and then the latest above as of now 1.9.3v751 i think
I have 3 ISOs i loaded all 3 cause the system to lock up hard FFTWOL, CC:FF7, and KH:BBS
Tested all 3 isos on PC, not corrupt

any suggestions?

I have the same setup as you and it works. Are you using title override?

Not sure what that is to be honest...

Looked it up, not sure how to use if for PPSSPP, its not installed to the main screen, holding R over the photo gallery makes the HBL not load

Holding R and loading any title, just loads the title for me
