Hardware PowerSaves Pro Key Help

Hi, I got a Powersaves Pro and key through Ebay today(yea probably not the best idea), but anyways I inserted the key and email registered through codejunkies and I plugged in the game card and it shows a popup saying authentication error. Is there any thing I can do to fix it? I tried deleting the fie that stores the account and key and I've allowed the program trough my firewall.

Is it possible that its region locked to EU, and if so is there any way to find out?

Q: Can I use European and USA 3DS games with Powersaves 3DS?

Only games from the region that match your license key will work.

For example if you have a USA version of Powersaves with a USA license Key – then it will only work with USA games. For European the same applies.

If you have purchased the incorrect region of Powersaves 3DS please contact support, and have your license key to hand.
