I didn't know which forum to put it in so I just put it in here. I have a Powersaves 3DS and I wanted to change my email adress but I couldn't because it kept saying the password was incorrect. A bit weird since I used that password to log in on the website. So I contacted support on FB Messenger to have it changed. But now when I insert a game card it says it was unable to authenticate, so I tried changing the credentials in the options screen. Since I didn't change my username I just tried it with the username and password and license key. I got an error saying something about the username and/or password/license key being wrong. I can't remember it exactly and I didn't make a screenshot of it. Then I tried my old and new email, password and license key. In both cases I got an error saying: Incorrect login info. and when I tried my username once more my account was temporarily suspended so I'm at a loss here. Can anyone help me with this? I have 0% trust that this will be fixed so yeah, I need help.

Can't really help with the issue, but you might want to look into getting Custom Firmware, as it can allow a LOT more than Powersaves can do when it comes to cheating and things of that sort, along with the added bonus of not getting banned in half the games, as the cheating can be subtle.

And with the firmware you get a different program that doesn't require an account of some sort?

There are many games which do not have NTR plugins and save editors. Powersaves is still relevant because of this.

As for OP, my only suggestions are to either try a different browser to log in to Powersaves OR purchase a new license key and create a new account to be used with your device. Try not to use a browser with adblock or a password manager.

Exactly, you simply run an app straight from your 3DS for cheats or another to backup your save and use a computer to modify it. No accounts or anything needed.

I have yet to find a single game that doesn't have an NTR plugin for it. But for those that have too small a playerbase to get plugins, the Blank Plugin works just fine for most cheats like HP, money, levels, etc. and supports every game there is.

You mean I need to flash a custom ROM on my 3DS? If that's the case then no way. I'm not gonna void my warranty like that.

Well, if you don't want to void your warranty, you may be out of luck. But I still recommend CFW, even if it voids warranty.

You can do a SysNAND restore and all traces of CFW are instantly gone, so no way for Ninty to know what you did, thus warranty is still intact:P
